The things a bench uses up, bought by the box and listed by the size that matters: bore and wall for tubing, size number for stoppers, grade and retention for paper.

Polyethylene, translucent, with a bent delivery tube.
Wash bottle, narrow mouth
A squeeze bottle with a bent delivery tube and a cap that seals. Translucent, so the level shows through the wall.

Delivery tube and cap
The tube and the cap are the parts that crack; both are listed on their own so a bottle is not thrown away for a split tube.

Tubing
Bore first, then wall, in millimetres. Cut by the metre.
Silicone tubing
Soft, clear and flexible in the cold; it takes a hose clip and slides over a glass side arm without a fight.

What to stock deep
A stockroom’s view of what runs out, from the lists it reads.
Stock deep
Medium-grade filter paper in the size your funnels take; rubber stoppers in the two sizes that fit your conical flasks; silicone tubing in one bore; and wash-bottle caps. These are the items that run out on a Friday afternoon, and each is cheap by the box and awkward to be without.
Stock shallow
Fast and fine paper, wide-mouth wash bottles, thick-wall rubber tubing and bored stoppers. One box of each covers a year on most benches; the reply to your list will say when a box quantity is larger than you asked for.
Do not stock
Anything that ages on the shelf: rubber teats harden, cork dries and cracks, and polyethylene yellows in sunlight. Buy those in the quantity you will use within the season and list them again next season.
