Reading
The list is read against stock during working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Lines we do not stock come back marked with the nearest size or a lead time to bring the item in.
The reply
A priced copy of your list, by email, with a lead time on every line and box quantities where they apply. It is an offer, not an invoice; nothing moves until you confirm it.
What is struck
Any reagent, solvent or chemical; anything asked for as calibrated or with a certificate; anything for medical, diagnostic, clinical or veterinary use. The rest of the list is quoted as written.

Mailbox
A list can go straight to the mailbox instead of through the form. Both land in the same place and are read in the same order.
